Lan Tania Lan Tania, meaning blue palm in Thai, is situated on the hillside, offering breathtaking views of the Resort, the ocean and the surrounding islands. Featuring traditional Thai dishes and Italian favourites, most courses are served family style. Guests can choose to dine indoors in air-conditioned comfort, or outdoors in the Lounge or terrace where large overhead fans provide a comfortable breeze. Cocktails are served in the Lounge every evening. Seats 50 indoor and 52 outdoor.
Spa The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui offers a delicate balance of refreshment for mind, body and beauty. Centuries-old healing techniques, summoning the secrets of herbal and holistic remedies, are deeply rooted in Thailand’s rich spa heritage. Further calmed by the gentle sights and sounds of the jungle, guests of the spa can retreat from hectic urban life into the authentic peace of Samui. Individual treatment rooms are housed in five salas – covered verandas – each with two indoor and two outdoor Thai-style massage beds, an outdoor shower, an outdoor bathtub and a steam room or indoor rain shower. A separate treatment sala is available for facials, waxing and other services, while the salon can provide finishing touches for special occasions. Afterwards, sip a tropical juice and savour the feeling of serenity in the spa's relaxation sala. To experience the spa's massage services, guests must be at least 18 years of age; for facial services, 16 years; and for the sauna/steam facilities, 14 years. Spa treatments on the beach The Spa offers a selection of treatments for you to enjoy in the relaxing environment of the beach. Pamper yourself with a neck and shoulder massage in the shade at the Beach Bar or a manicure while sipping one of Pla Pla’s refreshing drinks. To reserve an appointment, inquire at the Beach Bar or the Spa. Yoga pavilion A nearby yoga pavilion is open from sunrise to sunset for guests to practise in private. One-hour Hatha yoga and Anusara-inspired yoga lessons are available, led by the Resort's resident yogis, fee applies. Private yoga lessons may also be arranged for a fee. Fitness Facilities Placed near the crest of the hillside in its own pavilion, the Health Club commands all-encompassing views of the Gulf of Siam in an inspirational setting for personal well-being. Warm up on the outdoor training and stretching deck, then exercise in air-conditioned comfort using the most advanced strength and cardiovascular training equipment, all with personal televisions and headphones. Guests age 12 and over are welcome to use Health Club facilities. Swimming Pool Amidst swaying coconut trees by the white-sand beach, the pool's infinity edges blend seamlessly with the turquoise water of the private bay. Sip a refreshing drink or enjoy lunch by the pool, then explore a myriad of beach activities for the whole family. Thoughtful Four Seasons attendants provide ice water, chilled towels and water spritzes at poolside or on the beach, while lifeguards patrol both areas.
